Cisco Interview

Cisco Interview, Scotland a very big nightmare.
I went for the interview with all courage in me to prove myself excellent and the best.
I was having 4 rounds in the interview and the 5th round was with the manager who was in banglore.
All the 4 rounds went well and good.
The first round was with Mr. Kenny Millar one of the managers in Cisco scotland, He came and explain me about the company, how the company is and what is it aiming at...and how and what the job demands.
Second round was to check whether what I had written in the CV is correct or not. The HR came sat infront of me and told me to explain about my Project, Online Test System(one of my project which I had done with all my interest in programming)
And that was a good chance for me to prove myself. I started with a pen and a white board which was beside and started giving my project presentation, I explained him everything from the requirement analysis phase to the project deployment phase. I am sure he was very much impressed.

Third round was the technical round, scott(a project manager in cisco)came and started asking me technical questions like OSI layers, some database, some java questions I answered all of the questions except 2 which I answered partially.

Then in my 4th round kenny came again and asked me few questions like what I want to be in next couple of years I told that if I get a chance I would be happy to become the CEO of Cisco(lol) with in next 10 years.( in my mind I thought this is too much) and to correct that I told if not for sure I will become a project manager with in next 2 years. He just shook the head and told good good. and asked me few more questions which I dont remember very much.

But the over all interview went very well...

and atlast I got a call from my recruitment agency and have been told that I have been rejected because I am over Overqualified.

My recruitment liase who is Stuart wood told me, Kenny was very much impressed by your performance he said your skills are incredible, he is very ambitious(because I told I want to be a project manager) but the only thing was he was having doubt that if all of my dreams do not come true I then I may not be happy and I may leave the job.....

And sooo thats the reason got rejected....

so here is a good example...job seekers learn from here...

Sun Will Rise From The West One Day

Scientific ProofAs the strong belief of muslims is that when the sun will rise from west rather than east, that time will be the biggest identity of The Day Of Judgement (Qayamah). And the door of Forgiveness will be closed on that day.The science of astronomy states that the speed of planet Mars has been decreasing in its course towards the eastern direction in the few past weeks to the level we notice the "waver" between the east and the west..and on Wednesday the 30th of July the planet movement stopped going toward the eastern direction..!!!Then in the months of August and September...Mars changed its course in the opposite direction to the West- and that until the end of September..which means the sun will rise now from the west on Mars!!And this weird phenomena of the opposite movement called "Retrograde Motion" Most scientist state that all the planets will go through the same once at least and our planet Earth is one of them.Planet Earth will move in the opposite direction some day and the sun will rise from the west!!This might occur soon and we are unaware when it'll happen.Our beloved messenger Mohammad Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam said:"One of the signs of the hour..the sun will rise from the west, where no longer tauba (forgiveness) will be granted" !!And the strange thing..most of our Shariah scholars mentioned that the rise of the sun from the west occurs only once..on that day..the sun will rise from the west..then again from the east..and continues until Allah wishes..and this is similar to what is happening to Mars..it stops, then it changes its course of direction for a short period of time..then returns to way once it was.Abu Hurayra(R.A.) narrated..that the Messenger of Allah Subahna'uwaTa'ala said :" The day of the hour will not come until the sun rises from the west, if it rises and the people saw it they will all believe, when a time where nothing will be accepted anymore of believe the truth" [Abu Bukhari,Muslim]From Abu Hurayra (R.A.) that the prophet Mohammad Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasllam said: "Start with the six actions(he mentioned) the sun rising from the west[Muslim]And Abdullah Bin Amro (R.A.) said: "I memorized from the Messenger Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam a hadith I will never forget..I heard the messenger of Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala say:The first aya-sign- to come the rise of the sun from the west[Ahmad]And the Messenger Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam said: "Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala places His hand at night to forgive his morning sinners, and places in the morning to forgive his night sinners until the sun rises from the west" [Muslim]This piece of news is very important as it brings with it a great sign of warning and remembrance of the coming of a new WORLD - the world of the Hereafter And it is also good material for calling others to ALLAH Subhana'uwaTa'ala.Whether for muslims, the unwary of us or the kufar. When we show this hadith that was told 1400 years ago about this miracle you will see !!!!InshaALLAH, a lot will enter this beautiful religion...And the muslims if they see this phenomena happening in Mars..who knows maybe it would bring them closer to our CREATOR.May Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala keep all of us in the Right path and provide us with success in this world as well as in the hereafter.

Scotland Trip.

Hi my friends...
On tuesday(18th of July 2006) I went to scotland for my interview in glasgow. along with me it was sandeep. we both booked megabus and started our tour at around 9:00 am in the morning, we reached the place(edinburgh in scotland) in the night by 8:00 pm. Their I stayed with my friends sajid, haseeb, sayeed and salma along with them there were two more guyz Shareef and Mujtaba. They all were very cool. The next day me and sandeep both started for our sojourn towards Glasgow for my interview the interview went very well and again we went back to edinburgh, a very nice place.
I stayed in edinburgh for nearly 3 days enjoyed every bit of it.
